This page says what we keep when you use this site, why we keep it, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
When you ask for the free guide, we save your first name, your email, who you plan to ask if you tell us, whether you asked for story tips, and which flyer or link brought you here.
When you book a Story Call, Google Calendar handles the booking and shares your name, email, and chosen time with us.
Why we collect it
We use your email to send the guide and to reply to you personally. We send story tips only if you checked that box, and every tips email has an unsubscribe link.
The flyer or link tells us which places are worth returning to.
Counting visits
We count visits to the public pages of this site, such as how many people opened the guide page and which flyer they came from. We do not record what you type into the guide form, and we do not use advertising trackers.
Nothing is counted or tracked on the private family pages.
Who sees it
Sean Ivins, the owner. We do not sell or rent your information.
A few service providers store or process it for us so the site can work: a database host, an email sender, a visit counter, and Google Calendar for bookings.
Having it removed
Ask us to delete what we hold about you and we will finish within 30 days.
